Madsen to Speak at Eurasian watermilfoil Workshop in Redding, California

Dr. John Madsen, Assistant Professor with the GRI, will be one of only 2 key instructors at a California-based technical workshop on the management of Eurasian watermilfoil. Shasta-Trinity Cooperative Extension and the Shasta County Department of Agriculture are convening a technical training program for agency personnel involved in management of watermilfoil, an invasive weed that threatens the ecosystem of the Fall River inEastern Shasta County, California.
