GRI Associate Director for Governmental Affairs Invited to Make a Presentation in Scotland - Contemplates Wearing a Kilt

Jeff Ballweber, JD, GRI Associate Director for Governmental Affairs, will be presenting an oral presentation at the International Water Law Research Institute (IWLRI) and the American Water Research Association (AWRA) International Specialty Conference: "Good Water Governance for People and Nature: What Roles for Law, Institutions and Finance?"

The conference will be held from the 29th August to 2 September, 2004 at the Apex City Quay Hotel in Dundee, Scotland. Ballweber's presentation is titled, "A Critique of Two Approaches to Watershed Management: United States and South Africa."
