Researcher Co-Develops Software with NOAA

Sachin Bhate, a GRI researcher, co-develops a NetCDF-Java Toolbox for MATLAB allowing MATLAB users to standardize access to IOOS-compliant gridded data. The software was co-developed with NOAA and funded by the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP). The toolbox is available on SourceForge at http://njtbx.sourceforge.net. Bhate's work was recently described in a IOOS Z-GRAM.
