Wilfredo Robles Wins - Twice - in the SouthEast Exotic Pest Plant Council's 2006 Photo Contest

Wilfredo Robles, GRI graduate student, was recently a winner in the SouthEast Exotic Pest Plant Council's 2006 Photo Contest. Robles not only won 2nd place in the category "Specimen - close up of an invasive plant" with his photo of
waterhyacinth (pictured right, courtesy of
www.invasive.org), but also won 2nd place in the category "Other - For subjects that don't conveniently fit into another category" for his submission of hydrilla
shown tangled in a
